In flow yoga we synchronize the breath with the movement to create a complete mind/body experience, moving into and out of our poses in time with our inhalations and exhalations.
Tuesday classes focus on an entire body practice, synchronizing continual flowing movement in time with the breath to leave you feeling stretched, strong and relaxed. Thursday classes are themed, focusing on one peak (or key) pose for four weeks to enable students to develop their alignment, strength and most importantly confidence! However you can join the class at any time, you need not wait for the next four week block to begin.
Classes are held at Boulder Central (Richmond Street, West Bromwich, B70 7DG) on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced yogis.
