In flow yoga we synchronize the breath with the movement to create a complete mind/body experience, moving into and out of our poses in time with our inhalations and exhalations.

Tuesday classes focus on an entire body practice, synchronizing continual flowing movement in time with the breath to leave you feeling stretched, strong and relaxed. Thursday classes are themed, focusing on one peak (or key) pose for four weeks to enable students to develop their alignment, strength and most importantly confidence! However you can join the class at any time, you need not wait for the next four week block to begin.

Classes are held at Boulder Central (Richmond Street, West Bromwich, B70 7DG) on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced yogis.

Monthly Ladies Only Restorative Classes

A 90 minute restorative yoga session designed to help release tension from both the body and mind. Using a combination of restorative yoga postures, mindfulness and yoga nidra ( an ancient form of guided meditation) to leave you feeling both physically and mentally relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. This class is suitable for women of all ages but is especially aimed at women who are going through any kind of anxiety, emotional upheaval or stress of any kind and would benefit from taking some time to deeply relax.

This class is held at Phoenix Dance and Fitness in Aldridge on the first Sunday of every month at 7pm.

Private Sessions

Looking for a yoga session tailored specifically to you and your practice? Have specific goals that you wish to work on? Or are group classes just not convenient for you? If this is the case then private sessions may be just what you're looking for. Held either at my cosy home studio or in the comfort of your own home, private sessions can provide you with the confidence you need to enhance and progress your practice at your own pace and in your own time.
